Good Vibes best practices

When creating or editing Good Vibes:

  • Use clear and inclusive language.

  • Recognize the values held by your organization.

  • Keep the collection list short (5 to 7 cards) to avoid overwhelming Employees.

Tip: Consider situations where helping goes unnoticed.

E.g., Who stays behind to clean up?

Celebrate the art of trying, failing, and learning.

E.g., Who shares what they learned from failing?

Who can edit Good Vibes?

Only Administrators can access the Good Vibes settings.

If you're not an Administrator, contact one in your organization to request changes.
