You can contact our technical support team in two ways:

Select the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of any Workleap product.
Type your question in the chat window.
You’ll be connected with a member of our support team or shown helpful resources.
The in-app chat is the fastest way to reach us during business hours.
2. Submit a request
If you can’t access the in-app chat or prefer email, contact us here.
Enter the required details, including your email address and a clear issue description.
Our team will follow up by email.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

Tips for faster help
To help us resolve your issue more quickly, include the following in your message:
A clear summary of the problem
Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
Screenshots or error messages (if available)
The name of the Workleap product you’re using
