If you’re experiencing a technical issue, need help using a Workleap product, or have any other concerns, our support team is here to help.

How to contact us

You can contact our technical support team in two ways:

1. Use the in-app chat

  • Select the Help icon in the bottom-right corner of any Workleap product.

  • Type your question in the chat window.

  • You’ll be connected with a member of our support team or shown helpful resources.

The in-app chat is the fastest way to reach us during business hours.

2. Submit a request

If you can’t access the in-app chat or prefer email, contact us here.

  • Enter the required details, including your email address and a clear issue description.

  • Our team will follow up by email.

Support hours

Our support team is available during the following hours (excluding holidays):

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.

Note: Messages sent outside business hours will be reviewed the next business day.

Tips for faster help

To help us resolve your issue more quickly, include the following in your message:

  • A clear summary of the problem

  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)

  • Screenshots or error messages (if available)

  • The name of the Workleap product you’re using
