Steps for the Workleap Onboarding Administrator
The Workleap Onboarding administrator can complete the majority of the work on his or her own.
Create a template for your organization or a role (ex, manager, sales executive, support agent, etc.)
Customize your organization's logo and colours.
Upgrade Workleap Onboarding to a paid plan to access more templates.
Create a plan for your first newcomer from your template.
Schedule the invitation for your newcomer.
Steps for the IT team
If you want to activate integrations, you must involve your IT team and someone with the appropriate permission level.
Make sure that the minimum requirements are met.
Integrate with your employee directory to sync users and activate SSO.
Integrate it into your favourite notification channel (Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams).
Integrate it into your calendar system to activate meeting-related features.
Integrate with your HRIS system to activate newcomer detection.
