Open the Good Vibes report
The Good Vibes report is in Analytics, under Recognition. It has three tabs: Overview, Leaderboard, and Collections received.
Log in to Workleap and select Analytics in the top navigation.
In the left sidebar, under Recognition, select Good Vibes.
The Good Vibes report opens on the Overview tab. Select a tab at the top to switch sections.
Filter the Good Vibes report
Filters set whose Good Vibes the Good Vibes report shows, for which period, and which kind of Good Vibes it counts.
Select the scope menu, which shows My team by default. Choose My team, Everyone for your whole organization, or a segment.
Choose All reports to include direct and indirect reports, or Direct reports to include direct reports only. The number next to each option shows how many people it includes.
Select the period, which is Last 30 days by default. Choose Last 7 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, This quarter, This year, or Custom period to pick a start and end date.
Select Visibility and choose All Good Vibes, Public, or Direct. Public Good Vibes appear in the shared Good Vibes feed. Direct Good Vibes are private and don’t appear in the feed.
Select Add filters to narrow the report further.
The Good Vibes report updates right away. Your filters carry across all three tabs.
Important: The Good Vibes report includes Direct Good Vibes and shows their sender, recipient, and collection, the same as Public Good Vibes. To leave Direct Good Vibes out, set Visibility to Public.
Read the Overview tab
The Overview tab of the Good Vibes report sums up recognition for the selected audience and period. Each number is compared with the previous period of the same length. For example, Last 30 days is compared with the 30 days before it.
Workleap Agent insight: The Overview tab opens with an AI-generated highlight of a notable change in your Good Vibes data, such as “Sender activity dropped 28 percentage points compared with the previous period.” Select See more to read the full summary.
Below the AI insight, the Overview tab shows:
Good Vibes sent to this group: the total number of Good Vibes people in your audience received, with a trend chart for the period.
Reach: the percentage of people in your audience who received at least one Good Vibe.
Sender activity: the percentage of people in your audience who sent at least one Good Vibe.
Received per recipient: the average number of Good Vibes each recipient got. Only people who received at least one Good Vibe count as recipients.
Changes in Reach and Sender activity are shown in percentage points (pts). For example, a Reach of 42% that was 50% in the previous period shows as down 8 pts.
Compare people on the Leaderboard tab
The Leaderboard tab of the Good Vibes report shows who gives and receives recognition in your audience during the selected period. For each person, the leaderboard shows:
Received: the number of Good Vibes they received.
Collections received: the collections the Good Vibes they received came from.
Given: the number of Good Vibes they sent.
Collections given: the collections the Good Vibes they sent came from.
The first row of the leaderboard sums up your whole audience. Expand it to see one row per person. Select a person to open their Good Vibes profile.
Review collections received
The Collections received tab of the Good Vibes report shows which Good Vibes collections your audience received during the selected period. A collection is a set of Good Vibes cards. It can be a collection Officevibe provides or a custom one your organization created.
Each row shows a collection and how many Good Vibes from it your audience received. Expand a collection to see those Good Vibes, or select View all received to see every Good Vibe received from that collection.
