Only employees who are invited to Pingboard can access your directory. The best way to limit an individual’s access is to not invite them. A directory of your entire organization can be created without inviting any employees to use Pingboard, making it a tool for executive-level access only. If this is your use-case, you can still share the Live Org Chart and Planning Charts with others in your organization by downloading and printing them, or using the Live Org Chart share link.

Note: Directories in Pingboard are automatically viewable by everyone who has been invited to your Pingboard account. We don't offer extra visibility options for the Directory, like hiding certain profiles or turning off Directory access for specific employees.
