The default fields for employee profiles include fields for:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Photo

  • Nickname

  • Bio

  • Email

  • Mobile Phone

  • Office Phone

  • Start Date

  • Job Title

  • Skills

  • Interests

  • Reports to (Manager)

You can also include your choice of Custom Fields. Custom Fields help employees engage in your company’s culture and share fun, pertinent details about themselves with their colleagues.
