If you'd prefer not to let employees add or edit their own Profile Photos in Pingboard, Admins can turn off the "Employee can Edit" permissions for the Photo field on the Custom Fields page so that only Admins are able to upload photos for Employees.
Internally, we can also disable the Social section of profiles so that social-media photos (from Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) can’t be imported.
