Dynamic Structure: Preview mode only

Workleap Settings

Updated this week

Workleap Dynamic Structure lets Administrators automate team and reporting structure creation and updates by pulling data straight from your HRIS.

Important: This article shows a view-only early preview experience, which lets you explore how Dynamic Structure works before it's fully released.

What is Workleap Dynamic Structure?

Dynamic Structure automatically builds and maintains your organization’s team structure in Workleap based on your HRIS data.

This includes:

  • Creating teams, assigning managers, and maintaining your org structure based on HRIS properties like department or team name.

  • Assigning Direct Managers and Team Managers.

  • Automatically updating teams when people join, move, or leave.

  • Visualizing how your org structure would look without any manual updates.

Note: This view-only preview lets you explore these features without making permanent changes.

Why it matters

Outdated team data limits the value you get from Workleap, and manually maintaining your org structure can be overwhelming. Dynamic Structure solves this by reducing the need for manual team management by ensuring consistency across features like:

  • Workleap Officevibe surveys and engagement reports.

  • Workleap Performance structures and reporting.

  • Team-based tools like Workleap Pingboard org charts.

When Dynamic Structure is fully released, changes to teams and reporting lines in your HRIS will reflect in Workleap, saving you time and ensuring data stays up-to-date.

Note: Dynamic structures update daily when Workleap syncs with your HRIS integration.
