When a compensation review is launched, both reviewers and approvers receive an email notification.
Reviewers are notified that they have been assigned one or more teams to review.
Approvers are notified that they have been assigned one or more teams to approve, but no action is needed until a team is ready.
These emails are triggered immediately at launch.
Each email includes a button that links directly to the compensation review.
Approver notifications
Approvers receive a second notification when teams are ready for their approval.
This email includes a summary of all teams that need approval.
Notifications are sent once daily at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT (only if there are pending approvals).
