Learn how to view, download, and send compensation letters during and after a compensation review.
Important: To view and send comp letters in Workleap Compensation, you must first create comp letter templates.
How can I access compensation letters?
You can access compensation letters in Workleap Compensation based on your role and the review status.
There are two ways to access these letters once a compensation review is completed:
From the Compensation Letters page
Only Executives can access the Compensation Letters page.
To access it, go to the All employees view in a compensation review, then select Manage > Compensation Letters.
From the compensation review All employees page
Available to Executives and participants.
Letters become available here only after the compensation review is marked as Complete.

View a compensation letter
Preview comp letters before downloading or distributing them to verify their contents and formatting.

Download a compensation letter
Available to Executives and participants once the comp review is complete.
Comp letters are downloaded in PDF format.
You decide whether Direct Managers distribute letters to their direct reports.
Note: Generating letters in bulk may take a few minutes. The PDFs will be delivered to your inbox once ready.
Tip: Decide in advance whether Direct Managers should distribute comp letters to their direct reports manually. Otherwise, Executives can send out comp letters through Workleap Compensation.
Send a compensation letter
Only Executives can send letters directly from Workleap Compensation.
Comp letters can be sent individually or in bulk to all or selected employees.
Note: Executives can only send comp letters after the review is complete.
