You can export a compensation review in Excel format, whether it is still in progress or complete.
Who can export comp reviews?
The following Workleap roles can export compensation reviews:
Executives can export comp review data for the entire organization.
Collaborators and Direct Managers can export comp review data only for employees for whom they are assigned as reviewer or approver.
Export a comp review
To export a comp review:
In Workleap Compensation, select Comp Reviews from the side menu.
Select View next to a compensation review.
Select Manage > Export to Excel to download an XLSX file containing the comp review's data.
Tip: Use the comp review export file to import the comp review data into your HRIS.
