Feedback to monitor flags feedback in Workleap Officevibe that may point to a serious safety concern and alerts the people you choose, so your organization can respond quickly.
What Feedback to monitor does
Feedback to monitor reviews incoming feedback and flags comments that may signal a serious concern. When something is flagged, it is highlighted on the Feedback page and, if you've enabled alerts, an email is sent to your designated contacts in real time.
It detects feedback across different categories:
Self-harm
Threat to others
Workplace harassment
Bullying or hostile management
Severe psychological distress
Workplace safety concern
Illegal activity
You can also add your own custom categories.
How to set up Feedback to monitor
Note: Feedback to monitor requires Workleap AI to be enabled on your account.
Log in to Workleap and open Officevibe.
Go to Feedback, then open Feedback Settings.
In the Feedback to monitor section, turn the feature on.
Add the recipients who should receive alert emails (typically 1–2 HR contacts).
Select which categories should trigger a notification.
Choose a sensitivity level: Conservative, Balanced, or Sensitive.
Select Update to save your settings.
How to review and manage flagged feedback
Log in to Workleap and open Officevibe.
Open the Feedback page and select the Teams tab.
Look for feedback that is highlighted as at-risk, and select it to read the full conversation.
If the flag is not a genuine concern, select Remove flag.
Let us know whether the flag was accurate by selecting Useful or Not useful on the at-risk callout.
Important: Flagging feedback never reveals the identity of an anonymous author. If a genuine threat requires identifying who posted a comment, this is handled through a formal escalation process owned by Workleap — there is no self-serve button to reveal an anonymous poster.
Who can use Feedback to monitor
Administrators and Executives — enable the feature and configure recipients, categories, and sensitivity.
Team Managers — see highlighted feedback for their teams.
Designated alert recipients — receive the real-time email notification. Recipients are chosen explicitly and are independent of role, so not every Executive receives alerts — only the named contacts. They can also see highlighted feedback for their teams, remove flags, and rate flag accuracy.
Executives (who are not designated alert recipients) — see highlighted feedback for their teams, remove flags, and rate flag accuracy.
Employees — continue to give feedback as usual; anonymity is preserved when flags are raised.
