Workleap Officevibe includes several reports to help you understand engagement, team dynamics, and participation trends across your organization.

All reports are available in one central location.

Each one provides a different view of how your people interact with the platform and with one another.

What reports are available?

You can access the following reports in Workleap Officevibe:

Feedback report

The Feedback report gives visibility into the feedback shared by employees, including anonymous feedback. There are two types of feedback reports:

Feedback Topics report

The Feedback Topics report shows trends in feedback volume and sentiment, including recurring themes or concerns, based on responses to Pulse Survey and Onboarding Survey follow-up questions.

This report tab helps:

  • Identify common themes in employee feedback.

  • Track trends in positive and constructive responses.

  • Understand how much feedback is anonymous.

  • Only Executives can view this report.

Feedback Response rate report

The Feedback Response rate report shows how feedback is being acknowledged and addressed. It includes overall reply rates and compares how often positive vs. constructive feedback is answered.

It helps you:

  • Monitor how responsive managers are to feedback.

  • Track feedback engagement trends over time.

  • See response rates broken down by team.

  • Executives and Team Managers can view this report.

Tip: These reports help you understand feedback trends, identify recurring themes or concerns, and see how feedback is being acknowledged and addressed.

Pulse Survey Report

The Pulse Survey Report shows ongoing engagement trends based on employee responses to survey questions. Use this report to:

  • Monitor participation and response rates.

  • Track engagement metrics across 10 key drivers.

  • Identify areas that need attention or support.

DEIB Survey report

The DEIB Survey report presents insights from your most recent Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Survey. Use it to:

  • Measure inclusion perceptions across teams.

  • Spot equity gaps or strengths.

  • Build targeted DEIB strategies based on real feedback.

Good Vibes report

The Good Vibes report shows how often Employees send and receive Good Vibes (recognition messages). It helps you:

  • Encourage a culture of appreciation.

  • Track recognition trends by team or time period.

  • Highlight your most active contributors.

Goals: Participation and Alignment Report

This report shows how teams and individuals are using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Use it to:

  • Track how many goals are being set, aligned, and updated.

  • View participation by role or team.

  • Monitor alignment across organization-wide objectives.

1-on-1: Participation Report

The 1-on-1 Participation Report tracks how frequently 1-on-1 meetings occur.

It helps you:

  • Understand the adoption of recurring meetings.

  • Identify teams with low participation.

  • Promote consistent manager-employee conversations.

Custom Surveys

The Custom Surveys section includes data from any surveys you've built outside the standard formats. Use these reports to:

  • Track participation and responses for specific survey initiatives.

  • Measure outcomes on a topic of your choice.

  • Compare data across departments or time periods.

Turnover report

The Turnover report connects your HRIS data with Officevibe engagement insights to show who has left your organization, when, why, and how their engagement compared to others. It helps Executives, HR leaders, and Team Managers:

  • Understand turnover patterns.

  • Identify teams with higher attrition.

  • Detect early signs of disengagement.

  • Take proactive steps to improve retention.

This report is available when HRIS provisioning is enabled, and both the Termination date and Termination reason fields are synced from your HRIS.

Smart Report

Smart Reports are AI-powered summaries that highlight key changes in engagement, explain why they matter, and recommend next steps. They help managers stay informed without having to manually check dashboards.

  • Automatically delivered on a set schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

  • Sent via email or Slack, based on your preferences.

  • Personalized for your team.

  • Includes a Take action link to explore deeper insights with Workleap AI.

  • Can be refined by setting a preferred team in your profile.
