Workleap Officevibe includes several reports to help you understand engagement, team dynamics, and participation trends across your organization.

All reports are available in one central location.

Each one provides a different view of how your people interact with the platform and with one another.

What reports are available?

You can access the following reports in Workleap Officevibe:

Pulse Survey Report

The Pulse Survey Report shows ongoing engagement trends based on employee responses to survey questions. Use this report to:

  • Monitor participation and response rates.

  • Track engagement metrics across 10 key drivers.

  • Identify areas that need attention or support.

Feedback Report

The Feedback Report gives visibility into the feedback shared by Employees, including anonymous feedback. This report helps you:

  • Review trends in feedback volume and sentiment.

  • Understand recurring themes or concerns.

  • See how feedback is being acknowledged and addressed.

DEIB Survey report

The DEIB Survey report presents insights from your most recent Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Survey. Use it to:

  • Measure inclusion perceptions across teams.

  • Spot equity gaps or strengths.

  • Build targeted DEIB strategies based on real feedback.

Good Vibes report

The Good Vibes report shows how often Employees send and receive Good Vibes (recognition messages). It helps you:

  • Encourage a culture of appreciation.

  • Track recognition trends by team or time period.

  • Highlight your most active contributors.

Goals: Participation and Alignment Report

This report shows how teams and individuals are using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Use it to:

  • Track how many goals are being set, aligned, and updated.

  • View participation by role or team.

  • Monitor alignment across organization-wide objectives.

1-on-1: Participation Report

The 1-on-1 Participation Report tracks how regularly 1-on-1 meetings are happening. It helps you:

  • Understand the adoption of recurring meetings.

  • Identify teams with low participation.

  • Promote consistent manager-employee conversations.

Custom Surveys

The Custom Surveys section includes data from any surveys you've built outside the standard formats. Use these reports to:

  • Track participation and responses for specific survey initiatives.

  • Measure outcomes on a topic of your choice.

  • Compare data across departments or time periods.
