Your Workleap home page gives you an overview of your week, with quick access to your Good Vibes, feedback, engagement score, Pulse Survey, goals, performance reviews, next meeting, and profile. It's the first page you see when you log in to Workleap, under Home in the top menu.
Note: This article is for Employees in the new Workleap. The cards you see depend on the Workleap features your organization uses. You can't move, hide, or add cards.
Good Vibes
The Good Vibes across your org card shows recent public Good Vibes from across your organization. For each one, you see who received it, the message, its value tag, reactions, replies, and who sent it and when.
From the Good Vibes card, you can send Good Vibes to a colleague without leaving the home page. To see all public Good Vibes in your organization, select View all Good Vibes, which opens Org > Good Vibes.
Feedback
The Feedback card shows the latest replies to feedback you've shared. If no one has replied yet, the Feedback card says No replies to your feedback yet.
From the Feedback card, you can answer a reply without leaving the home page. To see all your feedback and replies, select View all feedback, which opens Me > Engagement.
You can also share a new idea or concern from the Feedback card with Leave a suggestion. When you leave a suggestion, you choose whether your name is shown.
Engagement score
The engagement card shows your overall engagement score out of 10. Next to your engagement score are the engagement metrics where your score is highest and lowest, each with an arrow that shows how much it changed.
To see your full engagement results, select View my engagement score, which opens Me > Engagement.
Survey streak
The survey streak card shows how many Pulse Surveys in a row you've completed on your organization's survey schedule. Each filled circle is a Pulse Survey you completed. When there's no survey to take, the circles are empty.
When a Pulse Survey is open, you can take it from the survey streak card, and it opens in a new tab. When you finish, your streak goes up by one and the card says You're all set.
Important: Your survey streak resets to 0 if you miss a Pulse Survey.
Goals
The goals card lists up to 3 of your goals that need attention: goals still in draft, goals you haven't updated recently, and goals close to their due date.
From the goals card, you can finish a draft goal with Finish, or open any other goal with Update to record your progress. To see all your goals, select View all goals, which opens Me > Progression.
Performance reviews
When a review cycle is open, the Performance review card lists the reviews you have to write and their due dates. A progress bar shows how many reviews you've finished. Late reviews show an Overdue badge, and finished reviews show Submitted.
From the Performance review card, you can start your self-review or open any other review you have to write.
Next meeting
The meeting card shows your next meeting from your connected calendar. If your calendar isn't connected, the meeting card says No calendar connected, and you can connect Outlook or Google from the card with Connect calendar.
Select the meeting to open it in Me > Meetings. You can't prepare a 1-on-1 agenda from the meeting card: open the meeting in Me > Meetings to see its agenda.
Profile
The profile card shows your name, job title, department, and location. To open your full profile, select View profile, which opens the Me > About tab.
