To ensure the best experience with Workleap, make sure your organization meets the system requirements outlined below.

Supported web browsers

Workleap works best with the latest versions of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

Note: All listed browsers must be updated to their latest versions to guarantee compatibility and optimal performance.

We do not support Internet Explorer. Users may experience issues or degraded performance when accessing Workleap using unsupported browsers.

Tip: If you experience browser-related issues, try clearing your cache, enabling cookies, and restarting your browser. Then, try to access Workleap again.

JavaScript and cookies

Workleap requires the following to be browser-enabled:

  • JavaScript.

  • Cookies.

These settings are typically enabled by default.

Tip: If these settings are disabled, enable them in your browser settings. Once enabled, clear your browser's cache and restart for the changes to take effect.

Email notifications

To ensure that email notifications are delivered successfully, we recommend whitelisting the following:

IP address:

  • 198.2.179.158

Domains:

  • mail.workleap.com

  • workleap-mail.com

  • workleap.com

Your IT team should also monitor your spam or junk filters to make sure emails from these sources are not blocked.

Firewall and proxy whitelisting

To avoid access issues, make sure the following domain is whitelisted in your firewall or proxy settings:

  • *.workleap.com

This applies to both the web platform and embedded content.

IP whitelisting (optional)

If your organization restricts internet access based on IP address, be sure to whitelist the following IP range:

  • 34.149.36.0/24
