Note: All listed browsers must be updated to their latest versions to guarantee compatibility and optimal performance.
We do not support Internet Explorer. Users may experience issues or degraded performance when accessing Workleap using unsupported browsers.
Tip: If you experience browser-related issues, try clearing your cache, enabling cookies, and restarting your browser. Then, try to access Workleap again.
JavaScript and cookies
Workleap requires the following to be browser-enabled:

Email notifications
To ensure that email notifications are delivered successfully, we recommend whitelisting the following:

Your IT team should also monitor your spam or junk filters to make sure emails from these sources are not blocked.
Firewall and proxy whitelisting
To avoid access issues, make sure the following domain is whitelisted in your firewall or proxy settings:

This applies to both the web platform and embedded content.
