How credits work
Your organization's AI usage is based on a simple credit system. Each time someone uses an AI feature, it counts toward your shared monthly pool.
What counts as one AI use:
Starting a new conversation with Workleap AI.
Using an app-native AI feature (like "Help Me Reply").
Being subscribed to a Smart Report.
What doesn't count:
Refining or continuing an existing conversation.
Background AI responses that power core product features.

Workleap AI (Free)
Included with every Workleap product at no additional cost.
3 AI uses per person in your organization, per month.
Maximum of 1,000 AI uses per organization, regardless of size.
Normally, AI usage will vary. Some team members may use it more, while others use it less, and the balance is maintained across your organization.
Workleap AI+
For teams that need more, Workleap AI+ removes usage limits.
Unlimited usage for normal business use
Important: Unlimited means your team can use Workleap AI as much as they need for everyday work. It does not include automated or scripted access, systematic data extraction, or using Workleap AI to power other tools or services.
What happens when you reach your limit?
When your organization's monthly credits are used up:
AI features will be temporarily unavailable until the next billing cycle.
Your data, settings, and previous conversations remain intact.
You can upgrade to Workleap AI+ at any time for continued access.
