Workleap Performance.
Other connected tools like SharePoint and Confluence.
Files you’ve uploaded to Workleap AI.
Note: AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important details before taking action.
Before you begin
To connect Workleap AI to Slack:
You must be a Slack Workspace Owner or Workspace Admin.
We recommend using a service account for the Slack integration to prevent admin-level access from affecting your personal Slack experience.
How to connect Workleap AI to Slack
Log in to Workleap and open Settings.
Select Workleap AI under Product Settings.
In the Connected Apps section, select Connect to app and select Slack from the drop-down.
Select Connect to your Slack workspace.
When prompted to give Workleap AI permission to access Slack, select Allow.
Follow the modal to install the Workleap AI Slack app.
Once installed, your organization's users can find the Workleap AI Slack app in the sidebar under Apps.
Tip: To add a Workleap AI top-right shortcut button to your workspace, go to Preferences > Navigation > App agents & assistants and tick the box next to Show app agents and Workleap AI.
