Connect JIRA to Workleap AI to enhance its ability to answer questions using your JIRA data.
Important: In Workleap AI, JIRA is a personal integration, meaning each user must enable the connection themselves by following the steps below.
For users to set up a connection to JIRA, an Admin must have the Users can connect to personal integrations option activated under Settings > Permissions > Policies > Users. This setting is enabled by default.
To connect JIRA as a knowledge source:
Log in to Workleap and click on your avatar in the top-right corner.
Select Edit Profile under your name, then Connected apps from the side menu.
You can also access your profile's connected apps from the Workleap AI assistant under Connected knowledge sources.
Select Connect next to JIRA.
When requested access to your JIRA account, click Accept.
JIRA is now connected as a knowledge source for Workleap AI.
Note: Workleap AI cannot access data that the user does not have access to in JIRA.
