To add a private Slack channel as a knowledge source for Workleap AI, any channel member can use the command /invite @WorkleapAI in Slack.
Note: There may be some delay before the channel's full history syncs with Workleap AI.
Once synced:
The channel's full history becomes a knowledge source for Workleap AI for all channel members.
It does not become a knowledge source for any non-members of the channel.
The channel becomes a knowledge source in Workleap Performance for any performance review in which a channel member is a reviewee.
Direct Managers can toggle Slack on or off in the review form.
To unsync and disconnect the private Slack channel as a Workleap AI knowledge source, remove the Workleap AI bot from the channel. It may take some time for the change to take effect.
