To ensure the best experience with Workleap Officevibe, your organization must meet the following technical requirements.

Supported web browsers

Officevibe works best with the latest versions of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

We do not support Internet Explorer. Users may experience issues or degraded performance if they access Officevibe using unsupported browsers.

JavaScript and cookies

Officevibe requires:

  • JavaScript to be enabled.

  • Cookies to be enabled in the browser.

These settings are typically enabled by default.

Email delivery

To ensure that Officevibe emails are delivered successfully, we recommend safelisting the following:

  • IP addresses:

    • 167.89.37.91

    • 198.21.6.141

    • 198.2.179.158

  • Domains:

    • mail.officevibe.com

    • officevibe-mail.com

    • officevibe.com

Your IT team should also monitor your spam or junk filters to make sure emails from these sources are not blocked.

Firewall and allowlist configuration

Officevibe is a cloud-based platform. To access it fully, make sure the following domain is allowlisted in your firewall or proxy settings:

  • *.officevibe.com

This applies to both the web platform and embedded content.

IP whitelisting (optional)

If your organization restricts internet access based on IP addresses, you can allow access to Officevibe by whitelisting this IP range:

  • 34.149.36.0/24

Note that this is optional and typically only required in high-security environments.

Officevibe is designed with accessibility in mind and aims to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. While we continue to improve accessibility features, users may request accommodations or report issues by contacting our support team.
