You can schedule recurring 1-on-1s with your Direct Reports to stay connected and track progress over time. Recurring meetings help build consistency and provide space for meaningful conversations.
Create a recurring 1-on-1
To schedule multiple upcoming 1-on-1s:
Go to your 1-on-1s page.
Click Schedule a 1-on-1.
Select the participant and choose a date and time.
Click Repeat this 1-on-1.
Choose how often the meeting should repeat (e.g., weekly, every 2 weeks).
Select the number of total occurrences.
Click Schedule to confirm.
Each scheduled meeting will appear in your 1-on-1 timeline with the participant.
Edit or cancel a recurring 1-on-1
You can make changes to one or all upcoming 1-on-1s in a recurring series.
To edit a specific meeting:
Open the meeting from your 1-on-1s timeline.
Click the three dots (⋮), then select Edit.
Update the time, date, or notes.
Choose to apply the change to this occurrence only or all upcoming occurrences.
To cancel one or all upcoming 1-on-1s:
Open the meeting you want to cancel.
Click the three dots (⋮), then select Cancel.
Choose whether to cancel only this meeting or all future meetings.
Changes made to one meeting do not affect others unless you select to update all.
