The 1-on-1 participation report helps Administrators and Executives understand how teams use the 1-on-1 feature across the organization.
This report shows participation rates over time and highlights engagement at the team and individual levels.
Who can view the report?
Only users with the Administrator or Executive role can view the report.
To access it:
Click Reports in the left-hand menu.
Select 1-on-1s.
Open the Participation tab.
What the report shows
This report includes three key sections:
1. Overall participation rate
Shows the percentage of users who have held at least one 1-on-1 within the selected time range.
This includes both managers and Employees.
The rate reflects the usage of the 1-on-1 feature.
2. Participation over time
This view displays how participation changes from week to week. It helps you track adoption trends or identify dips in engagement.
3. Participation by team
Breaks down participation by:
Team.
Direct Manager.
Individual users.
Use this view to spot which teams regularly use the 1-on-1 feature and where improvements may be needed.
You can also download the report as a CSV file for further analysis.
How data is calculated
Participation is calculated using completed 1-on-1s scheduled through Officevibe. Custom or external meetings are not included.
Reports are updated weekly, and the data reflects the most recent 90 days.
