Where can I track participation rates?
You can track participation over the last 30 days by going to Surveys > Pulse Surveys in the side menu. Then, click the Participation view located above the graph section.
How can I compare engagement scores across teams or with other organizations?
To compare scores:
Go to the Pulse Overview report.
The first row of data shows benchmarked scores against other Workleap Officevibe clients.
Where can I see which feedback was replied to?
Use the Feedback section to:
View all feedback for a team or the organization.
Apply filters to display only replied Feedback.
How can I track if Managers are holding 1-on-1s with Employees?
You can track completed 1-on-1s in two ways:
Go to Reports > 1-on-1 to see the completion rate for all Team Managers.
Use the Feedback Participation Report for a simplified view.
Can results be shared with Employees?
Yes. You can share results by using the Share Officevibe results with your team(s) feature to give Employees visibility.
How do I share the engagement report with someone outside of Officevibe?
You can share a public snapshot of the Engagement Report:
Click the public link icon at the top of the Engagement dashboard.
Anyone with the link can view the report and add comments.
How often should Team Managers discuss results with their Employees?
We recommend discussing results with Employees once a month.
How often should Team Managers have 1-on-1 meetings with their Employees?
We recommend holding 1-on-1 meetings every other week.
Can a Manager ask another Manager for help in the app?
Yes. Managers can:
Share public links to request Feedback on their Engagement scores.
Share Feedback when they need advice.
Use the Comparison Report to collaborate and brainstorm action plans with other Managers.
How can I create templates for Team Managers?
You can save custom organization templates for:
