You can share your Workleap Officevibe survey results with your team to promote transparency and collaboration. Results can be shared in different ways depending on your role and access level.
Who can share results
Only Team Managers, Direct Managers, and Executives can share survey results. Each role can share the results with their own team(s) or other teams they oversee.
Team Managers can share results for their team only.
Direct Managers can share results for their direct reports.
Executives can share results for any team or the entire organization.
What results can be shared
You can share:
Overall survey scores.
Sub-scores for each metric (e.g., Relationship with Manager, Wellness).
Anonymous feedback (if applicable).
Survey participation rate.
Note: You cannot customize which parts of the results are shared. When you share, all available results for the selected survey period will be visible to the team.
How to share results
To share your Officevibe results:
Go to your Team Results page.
Select the Share results button at the top right.
Review the preview of the content that will be shared.
Click Share now to confirm.
Once shared, team members will be able to access the results in their own Officevibe dashboard.
Managing shared results
After sharing:
The shared results will remain available in the team’s dashboard.
You cannot remove access to previously shared results.
New survey results will not be automatically shared—you’ll need to repeat the process for each new period.

Review the data to ensure you're comfortable with team visibility.
Prepare to discuss trends or feedback in your next 1-on-1 or team meeting.
