This checklist helps Administrators successfully launch Workleap Officevibe in their organization. Follow each step to ensure setup, onboarding, and communication go smoothly.

Step 1: Set up your account

To begin using Workleap Officevibe, complete these account setup tasks:

  1. Log into your Workleap Officevibe account.

  2. Go to Settings to configure platform preferences.

  3. Set up your organization’s name and logo.

  4. Add users manually or set up an HRIS integration.

  5. Define teams and assign a Direct Manager to each team.

  6. Choose the default Pulse Survey schedule.

Step 2: Customize your settings

Tailor the platform to fit your organization’s needs:

  • Configure Pulse Survey questions and frequency.

  • Set survey language and enable translations if needed.

  • Review notification preferences for your team.

  • Enable or disable features such as feedback, 1-on-1s, and OKRs.

Step 3: Invite your team

Once your setup is complete, invite your team to join:

  1. Confirm that each team has a Direct Manager assigned.

  2. Review all user and group information for accuracy.

  3. Use the Invite users tool to send welcome emails.

Team members will receive an email with a link to join and start using Workleap Officevibe.

Step 4: Announce the launch

Before launching, communicate with your organization:

  • Share the purpose of Workleap Officevibe.

  • Explain the value of participating in Pulse Surveys.

  • Highlight that feedback is anonymous and confidential.

  • Introduce the Direct Manager role and their involvement.

Use company-wide meetings, newsletters, or internal channels to spread the message.

Step 5: Monitor early participation

After launch, monitor the first few survey cycles:

  • Track participation and engagement levels.

  • Follow up with Direct Managers if engagement is low.

  • Offer support to teams who are new to the platform.

Step 6: Support and follow-up

Continue promoting consistent use of Workleap Officevibe:

  • Encourage Direct Managers to review team results regularly.

  • Remind teams to give and request feedback.

  • Use the Good Vibes feature to celebrate wins and foster positivity.

  • Schedule regular 1-on-1s to act on feedback insights.
