Types of feedback
You can exchange two types of feedback:
Public feedback: Visible to the sender and recipient. Others may see it depending on settings.
Anonymous feedback: Sent without revealing the sender’s identity.
Anonymous feedback must be enabled in your organization’s settings.
Who can access feedback?
Employees can view only their own feedback and any feedback they’ve sent or received.
Managers can view feedback related to their direct reports.
Administrators do not have access to individual feedback conversations.
