What you can do in the Feedback section
This section allows you to:
Send feedback about your team or organization.
Reply to feedback you’ve given or received as a conversation.
Track feedback you’ve sent and received.
All Officevibe feedback is saved in a single place so you can follow conversations over time and revisit shared insights.
Workleap AI insight: In the Feedback section of Officevibe, Executives and Team Managers can select Analyze feedback to see Workleap AI-generated summaries, insights, and suggested actions.
The feedback analyzed is based on the selected group and date range. Ask any follow-up questions in the Workleap AI assistant.
Types of feedback
You can exchange two types of feedback:
Public feedback: Visible to the sender and recipient. Others may see it depending on your settings.
Anonymous feedback: Sent without revealing the sender’s identity.
Anonymous feedback must be enabled in your organization’s settings.
Who can access feedback?
Executives have access to feedback and conversations from your whole organization.
Team Managers can view feedback from their direct reports.
Employees can view only their own feedback and conversations.
