Workleap Officevibe's Feedback page lets you view and respond to both anonymous and non-anonymous feedback. Feedback can come from Pulse Surveys or be submitted manually in the app.
Note: What you see on the Feedback page may differ slightly depending on your role, your organization's settings, and the size of your team.
Access the Feedback page
To access the Feedback page:
Log in to Workleap Officevibe.
Select Feedback from the left-hand menu.
Use the dropdowns to filter feedback by team, segment, submission date, status, and more.
Note: Feedback older than 3 years is not available in-app.
How feedback works
Employees can submit feedback from several different channels including:
Pulse Survey responses.
Follow-up question responses.
Smart question responses.
Onboarding Survey responses.
Non-survey feedback (i.e., the Employee submits feedback directly from the Feedback page in Workleap Officevibe).
Feedback can be either responses on a scale of 1 to 10 or open-ended, text-based feedback.
Pulse Survey questions automatically label responses as positive or constructive based on the following (1-10 questions only):
Positive Feedback (score 6–10): Triggers questions like “What makes you happy at work?”.
Constructive Feedback (score 0–5): Triggers questions like “What could make you happier at work?”.
Filtering and organizing feedback
Use filters to manage and analyze feedback efficiently:
Quick filters:
Team.
Date range.
Status.
Advanced filters:
Sentiment (positive or constructive).
Feedback type (i.e., how it was submitted).
Custom labels.
Metrics based on 10 engagement areas.
Only managers can see and apply labels to feedback. Labels are managed in Workleap Officevibe product settings (Settings > Officevibe > Feedback).
Anonymous feedback
For Pulse Survey feedback, you'll only see the response data once at least 3 team members have answered the survey. You'll see aggregated results rather than individual answers.
When submitting text-based feedback, users select whether they want their feedback to be anonymous or not. Managers only see anonymous feedback if their team has at least 5 members.
Note: For more information, see Workleap Officevibe & anonymity.
Non-survey feedback
Team members can share feedback at any time by using the + New Feedback button on the app's Feedback page.
This feedback is labeled as Non-Survey Feedback.
Non-survey feedback doesn't impact your engagement metrics.
Replying to feedback
Only Team Managers and Executives can reply to feedback.
To respond:
Open the Feedback page in Workleap Officevibe.
Select a feedback conversation.
Select the text box and enter your response.
Tip: Use the Help me reply button for suggestions and editable talking points.
Note: Feedback is anonymous by default, but members may choose to reveal their identity. As a Team Manager or Executive, your responses are not anonymous.
Best practices when replying to feedback:
Ask open-ended questions.
Respect anonymity.
Respond thoughtfully, not impulsively.
Use clear and positive language.
