How does anonymity work in Workleap Officevibe?
We take this seriously.
Scores and multiple-choice results are never shown per person; only aggregated results are presented. To see the results in a team, a minimum of 3 active members must have answered a survey.
Written answers (text answers and feedback) are the exception: they are displayed one by one, without the author's name. They are anonymous by default, but the author can choose to reveal their identity.
Executives can see the written answers of the whole company, including in Custom Survey results and exports. Team Managers see the written answers of the teams they manage, and direct managers see those of their reports. In a Custom Survey, Team Managers see them only when the survey gives them access. Administrators manage settings, including the DEIB Survey and Onboarding Survey settings, but the Administrator role alone does not give access to survey results, feedback or written answers.
Anonymous written answers only appear when the group is big enough: at least 5 active members in the team or among a direct manager's reports (members who have not answered a survey recently still count) and, in a Custom Survey, at least 5 people who answered the question. Written answers whose author chose to reveal their identity are not subject to this minimum.
For anonymous feedback, you see only the week it was written ("Week of [date]"), not the exact date.

How is anonymity preserved in Workleap Officevibe?
We believe anonymous surveys help create a safe space to share our honest thoughts. We use the answers from our 122 Survey questions to foster a positive work culture and environment and help overall engagement. To do this, we use the science of Employee Engagement.
To preserve anonymity, the answers of all team members are aggregated and then converted into scores. These scores are presented in the Workleap Officevibe reports, and no identification is given for whom they came from.
Executives see the scores for the entire company. Team Managers see the reports and scores of the teams they manage, and the company-wide scores only when sharing is turned on for the company report.
To protect anonymity:
Scores given to the surveys are not visible until at least three (3) active members have answered the survey.
Important: This threshold works differently depending on the report.
Metric and sub-metric scores always use the 90 days before the end date of the selected period, which is today unless you choose a custom range that ends on a past date. Picking a longer or shorter period does not change that window. The 3-respondent threshold must be met within that window for scores to appear.
The Question report uses a 3 to 6-month rolling window. The threshold applies at the team level for the full window, not per question. Once met, response distributions for all questions in the window are shown, even if only one person answered a specific question. Anonymity is still protected because only aggregated distributions are displayed.
Anonymous feedback is visible to a manager when the team has at least five (5) active members, including members who have not answered a survey recently.
Feedback that the author did not make anonymous is shown with their name and team. It is visible to the managers of the author's teams, to the author's direct manager and to Executives, and the 5-member minimum does not apply. Teammates do not see it.
Anonymous feedback shows only the week it was written ("Week of [date]"), not the exact date.
