Officevibe provides multiple tools to help you understand your team’s engagement and take action. Each tool offers clear data and insights to support better decision-making.

Understand how your team feels

To measure team engagement, Officevibe collects anonymous answers to a set of questions through the Pulse Survey.

  • Answers are grouped into 10 Key Metrics.

  • Results are updated in real-time.

  • You can view your team’s average score for each metric.

Each metric gives insight into a specific area, such as satisfaction, relationships with peers, or alignment with company goals.

Get more context with anonymous feedback

Alongside scores, team members can also share anonymous feedback.

  • Feedback appears in the Feedback tab.

  • You can reply to feedback anonymously to start a conversation.

  • Only Team Managers and Executives can respond to feedback.

These exchanges help clarify scores and show your team that their voices are heard.

Track progress over time

Officevibe makes it easy to see if your efforts improve your team’s experience.

  • Each Key Metric shows trends over time.

  • You can compare current scores with past results.

  • Set goals and track how scores evolve after specific initiatives.

Use these insights to adjust your approach and maintain steady progress.

Use reports to support decisions

Several types of reports can help you take action:

  • Pulse Survey report: Summarizes current and historical Pulse Survey data.

  • DEIB Survey report: Highlights Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging insights.

  • Custom Survey report: Provides results from surveys you design yourself.

Reports can be filtered by team or time period to support specific initiatives.

Share results with others

Help your team and leadership stay aligned by sharing insights.

  • Export Pulse Survey data as a PDF or spreadsheet.

  • Use visuals and trends in presentations or meetings.

  • Share key highlights with your team to promote transparency.
