Will all Employees receive the same questions?

No. Workleap Officevibe sends personalized Pulse Survey questions to each Employee. Questions are selected based on an Employee’s past participation and which metrics need more data. The same question will not be sent to an Employee more than once within a 3-month period.

How long does it take for scores to become reliable?

Scores become reliable after 5 weeks. By this point, all Employees will have answered questions related to all 26 sub-metrics.

Where can I update the Pulse Survey frequency?

You can update the Pulse Survey frequency in the survey settings. For full instructions, see the article on survey frequency.

Where can I view scores for a team?

You can view team scores in the Pulse Survey Report. Scores are only available if at least 3 active Employees have responded to a Pulse Survey since the team was created. Learn more about Officevibe and anonymity in the related guide.

What happens to survey data if an Employee changes teams?

Responses and feedback stay with the original team. New responses and feedback will be linked to the Employee’s new team.

Can I edit the wording of Pulse Survey questions?

Yes. You can customize Pulse Survey questions using the customization options in your survey settings.

Can I create my own survey questions?

Yes. You can create and send your own questions using the Custom Surveys feature.

How often will the questions repeat?

It takes 6 months for an Employee to receive all the standard Pulse Survey questions. No question is asked more than once within a 3-month window.

What if an Employee answers more questions than others?

Each Employee’s most recent answer is the only one that counts. All Employees carry equal weight in calculating scores.

How are engagement scores calculated?

Engagement scores are calculated using a 90-day rolling average. This approach ensures that the data reflects recent trends in participation and sentiment.

Do all metrics contribute equally to the Engagement score?

No. Some metrics carry more weight than others. This weighting has been validated by Deloitte and is part of our proprietary calculation method.

How can I tell which team a piece of feedback came from?

You will see the smallest team or sub-team associated with the feedback, based on Officevibe’s anonymity rules. You can also use filters to view feedback by specific team.

When should team managers respond to feedback?

Team managers should respond to feedback as soon as possible. It’s recommended they communicate with their teams about when and how often they plan to reply.

Will managers be notified when there is new feedback?

Yes. Managers receive daily notifications by default when new feedback is submitted. They can adjust their notification preferences in their personal settings.
