The Pulse Survey report gives you insights into Employee feedback collected through recurring Pulse Surveys. This report helps you track sentiment, identify trends, and take action to improve engagement across your organization.
Accessing the Pulse Survey report
Only users with the Administrator, Executive, or Team Manager role can access this report.
To view the report:
Go to the Reports section in the sidebar.
Select Pulse Survey report from the list.
What’s included in the report
The Pulse Survey report is divided into the following sections:
1. Participation rate
Shows how many Employees participated in each Pulse Survey.
Measured as a percentage of total invitees.
Helps you track survey engagement over time.
2. eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score)
Measures how likely Employees are to recommend your company as a great place to work.
Displayed as a score from -100 to +100.
Based on responses to the eNPS question: "On a scale from 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this company as a great place to work?"
Categorizes respondents as Promoters, Passives, or Detractors.

3. Key drivers
Identifies the themes that most impact your organization’s eNPS score.
Shows top strengths and areas for improvement.
Ranks drivers by influence on Employee sentiment.
4. Sentiment overview
Summarizes overall Employee sentiment across survey questions.
Displays results for each question on a five-point scale.
Helps you monitor changes over time.
5. Comments
Displays open-ended feedback submitted through the survey.
Offers qualitative insights into how Employees feel.
Comments are anonymous to encourage honesty.
Filter and export options
You can use filters to refine the report view:
Time period
Team or department
Role type
Custom attributes (if set up)
To export the report:
Click Export to download a CSV version of the data.
Manually import data for new teams
Executives, Collaborators, and Team Managers can manually import the last 90 days of Pulse Survey data and feedback permissions for any team created in the past 7 days. This option is available for both manual and rule-based teams.
Note: Team Managers can only import new team data for the teams they manage.
To manually import new team data:
Go to the Pulse Survey report or the Feedback page.
Select a newly created team (≤ 7 days old) from the team drop-down menu.
Click the Import data button in the banner.
Note: If the Import past data for this team? banner doesn't appear, your team may not have any data to import.
What's in a manual import for a new team?
Pulse Survey data for the past 90 days.
Feedback permission data (i.e., which users can see feedback).
What isn't in a manual import for a new team?
Onboarding Survey data.
Custom Survey data.
DEIB Survey data.
Data privacy and anonymity
The report maintains Employee anonymity:
Results are shown only when the minimum response threshold is met.
Individual responses cannot be traced back to specific people.
