You’ll see the toolbox appear when there’s something meaningful you can act on.

When does it appear?

The Manager’s Toolbox appears automatically when a situation requires your attention. You may see it:

  • After your team has completed a Pulse Survey.

  • When a Team Member sends feedback that requires a response.

  • If a recurring 1-on-1 hasn’t been scheduled yet.

  • When there’s a new opportunity to recognize someone with a Good Vibe.

It’s designed to reduce guesswork and guide you toward impactful management moments.
