The Feedback report provides Administrators and Team Managers with a clear view of how feedback is utilized across the organization. It helps monitor adoption and understand engagement trends related to feedback activity.
Accessing the Feedback reports
Team Managers and Executives can access the Feedback participation report. Only Executives can access the Feedback topics report.
To view a Feedback report:
Go to your Officevibe Dashboard.
Select the Reports tab.
Click on Feedback.
Feedback participation report
The Feedback participation report shows how employees engage with the feedback feature.
It includes:
A summary of total feedback exchanged across the organization.
Breakdown by feedback type: requested, given, and received.
Trends over time (weekly or monthly).
Participation rates by department or team.
A list of active and inactive users.
A downloadable CSV of all feedback activity.
Feedback topics report
The Feedback topics report shows data on the content of feedback exchanged across the platform. It helps identify common themes and topics raised in feedback conversations.
This report usually includes anonymous feedback by default in Officevibe. However, feedback may be non-anonymous if the user submitted it that way.
Viewing and filtering feedback by sentiment
You can view and organize sentiment-based feedback using specific filters. To filter comments by sentiment, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Feedback section.
Select the target team or choose “All” to view organization-wide responses.
Open the More Filters menu.
Use the filter options to select by sentiment, such as “Constructive” or “Positive.” This functionality enables managers to explore the qualitative aspects of feedback in greater detail, providing actionable insights.
Sentiment overview
The Sentiment overview shows how Employees are feeling based on Pulse Survey feedback received over the last 30 days.
This section includes:
Total number of Feedback responses.
Change in Feedback volume compared to the previous 30-day period.
Percentage of anonymous Feedback.
Breakdown of sentiment (positive or constructive) for Pulse Survey responses.
A graph showing sentiment trends over time.
Only Pulse Survey feedback includes sentiment data. Other types of Feedback—such as smart question responses, onboarding survey results, or ad-hoc Feedback—are excluded from the sentiment analysis. As a result, the total number of Feedback responses may be higher than the total with sentiment assigned.
Note: Sentiment is determined based on how the Employee answered the related Pulse Survey question. It is not generated by AI or machine learning.
Understanding the data
Feedback data in the Feedback topics report is usually anonymous, but this depends on how the feedback was submitted.
Users can choose to submit non-anonymous feedback, which will be visible in the report.
The Feedback participation report contains only data from visible feedback—not private or anonymous submissions.
Participation trends are based on the number of users who gave, requested, or received feedback during the selected timeframe.
Exporting the report
You can export the report as a CSV file to analyze the data in more detail.
To export:
Click the Download CSV button at the top of the report.
Open the file in a spreadsheet application.
