The feedback topics report shows an overview of responses to Pulse Survey and Onboarding survey follow-up questions over the last 30 days.

The graph highlights trends for both positive and constructive responses. You can also see what percent of feedback responses were anonymous.

The trending topics section identifies common themes and topics raised in feedback responses and conversations. Use the trending topics section to catch and act on recurring themes.

Only Executives can access the feedback topics report.

The feedback response rate report shows how many employees responded to Pulse Survey follow-up questions over the last 30 days.
