Access organization and billing settings to view and update billing details, manage subscriptions, start free trials for Workleap products, view your full billing history, and access centralized invoices and payment settings.
Note: Only Administrators can access your organization and billing settings.
What can you manage from organization settings?
From the Workleap organization settings, you can:
Update your organization's logo.
Change your organization's name.
Update the default platform language.
Update your organization's default time zone.
Delete your organization.
Note: Organization settings apply to all your users by default. Users can change their language and time zone settings themselves by editing their profile.
Caution: Deleting your organization permanently deletes your entire organization's Workleap data.
Access organization settings
To access your organization settings:
Log in to Workleap and open settings.
Select Organization from the side menu.
Note: Only Administrators can access your organization settings.
What can you manage from the billing settings?
From the Workleap billing settings, you can:
Review and manage your Workleap subscription(s).
View and download past invoices.
Change your billing frequency.
Update your payment method.
Modify your billing address or tax information.
View seat limit and usage (if applicable).
Access billing settings
To access your billing settings:
Log in to Workleap and open settings.
Select Billing from the side menu.
Note: Only Administrators can access your billing settings.
Subscriptions tab
The subscriptions tab shows your active subscriptions. You can see various information about your subscription(s), such as your current subscription type, the amount of seats used, and the renew date.
Tip: To start a product trial, select Try for free! next to a product you want to try. To upgrade an active trial subscription, select Upgrade.
Manage a subscription
From the subscriptions tab, select Manage next to a subscription to view its details. Here, you can see an overview of your subscription. You can also add seats (if applicable), change your plan, or cancel your subscription.
Note: If you subscribe to multiple Workleap products, each product has its own product details page.
Cancel a subscription
To cancel a Workleap product subscription, go to Settings > Billing and select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel. Then, select Cancel plan.
Billing and payment
Admins can update your organization's billing information and payment details from the billing and payment tab.
Billing information
Here, you can update your Workleap account's email address, name, company name, and address. All data in this section must match the credit card entered in the payment details section.
Note: Invoices are sent to the name and email address specified here.
Tax exemption
This section lets you set up tax exemption for your subscription if applicable. To do so, you must select a reason for tax exemption, provide the tax registration number, and upload a tax exemption certificate.
Note: The tax exemption section only appears when a valid address has been entered in the billing information section.
Currency preferences
Here, you can see the currency preference selected when you first subscribed.
Note: Once a subscription is active, you can no longer change your currency preference.
Payment details
Here, you can see the active credit card associated with your Workleap account. The credit card entered here must match the details in the billing information section.
Billing history
The billing history tab shows an organized view of your subscription's billing history. View each invoice's billing dates, status, and amount in the list, or select the download button to download an invoice.
