Generate a new API Token
Click Create API Token.

Once generated, copy the token.
Save it securely—you won’t be able to view it again.
Step 2: Connect to Workleap AI
In Workleap AI Settings, in the Connected Apps section, click the Connect to app dropdown and select Confluence.
Paste the API Token from earlier into the API Token field.
Enter your Confluence domain (e.g., https://yourcompany.atlassian.net).
Enter the email address associated with the Confluence account you used in Step 1.
Click Connect and Continue.
Step 3: Select Spaces to sync
Add specific Confluence spaces that you’d like to sync with Workleap AI, or choose All Spaces to sync everything your account has access to!
Workleap AI mirrors content permissions from Confluence, which ensures that only users with permissions to access specific content within Confluence will see it appear within Workleap AI.
When you've selected all the Spaces to sync, click Begin initial sync.
Post-Setup
Once installed, Workleap AI will index your Confluence data. It may take several minutes to hours to process all your data from Confluence, depending on the amount of content.
