When all teams in a comp review are in Approved status, Executives can complete the review, finalizing all merit changes.
Even after all teams are approved, Executives can still edit compensation adjustments from a comp review before completing it.
When you are ready to complete a comp review, select Complete Compensation Review in the top-right corner of the page. In the confirmation modal, click Complete again to finalize.
Note: Once a compensation review is marked as complete, this action cannot be undone. All data becomes locked and uneditable.
Tip: If necessary, Executives can mark a compensation review as complete even if not all teams are approved.
