You can manage multiple currencies in Workleap Compensation and set exchange rates relative to your default currency. This is especially useful when managing compensation across global Pay Zones.
To begin, go to Configuration in the navigation menu, then select the Currencies tab.
Add a currency
Click the Edit button.
Select a currency from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Exchange Rate, relative to your default currency.
Click Add.
Example: If your default currency is CAD and you are adding USD, enter the exchange rate that reflects $X USD = $1.00 CAD.
Edit an exchange rate
To update an existing exchange rate:
Type a new value directly into the Exchange Rate field next to the currency.
Click Save when finished.
All exchange rates are relative to your default currency.
