Workleap Officevibe highlights top-performing managers based on sustained team engagement. This recognition is designed to spotlight Team Managers who consistently maintain high engagement levels and team participation over time.
Who is eligible for top manager?
To be eligible, a Team Manager must meet all the following criteria during the most recent 12-week period:
Lead at least one team with 3 or more team members.
Have no sub-teams reporting into the eligible team.
Maintain a minimum participation rate of 50% across engagement surveys.
Receive an average of 6 or more survey responses during the evaluation period.
Achieve an engagement score of 8 or higher for all their teams.
Note: Team Managers must meet the engagement score requirement for each of their teams. If one team scores below 8, the manager will not be eligible—even if another team performs well.
How are top managers selected?
From the pool of eligible managers, Workleap Officevibe identifies the top 10% based on engagement scores.
Managers are ranked by their highest team engagement score.
Only those in the 90th percentile or higher are selected for recognition.
