Use this article to follow recognition on your team from the Good Vibes tab of the Team page in Workleap. You can see every Good Vibe your reports received or sent, including Direct ones, filter the feed, react or reply, and send a Good Vibe without leaving the page.
Who this is for: Reporting managers and Executives. A reporting manager is anyone with people who report to them, directly or through other managers.
Before you start: You need at least one person in your reporting line.
Who can see team Good Vibes
Reporting managers see Good Vibes for their reporting line, including Direct ones sent to their reports.
Executives see every team and can switch the scope to the whole organization.
Employees see Public Good Vibes and the Direct ones sent to them. See How do I send a Good Vibe?.
Note: A Direct Good Vibe is visible to you because you manage the recipient. The sender’s own manager doesn’t see it unless they also manage the recipient.
Open your team’s Good Vibes
Select Team in the top bar.
Select the Good Vibes tab.
To change which team you’re looking at, open the scope menu (My team by default).
To include or exclude people who report to your managers, switch between All reports and Direct reports.
Filter the feed
Four filters sit above the feed:
Audience: All, Public or Direct.
Direction: All, Received (the default, Good Vibes your reports received) or Sent (the ones they sent).
Collections: tick one or more collections to show only those.
Period: open the period menu, Last 30 days by default, and pick another range.
Filters combine. Clear them to see everything.
Read a Good Vibe card
Each card shows:
The recipients. A Good Vibe sent to several people shows their avatars and a count, such as 5 people.
The message. Long messages are cut; select the card to read it in full.
The collection tag and whether it’s Public or Direct.
Emoji reactions with their count. Hover over one to see who reacted.
The reply count, such as 2 replies.
Who sent it and when.
React or reply
Select the card to open it.
Select an emoji to react, or Add a reply to write a comment.
Reactions and replies are visible to everyone who can see the Good Vibe.
Send a Good Vibe from the Team page
On the Good Vibes tab, select Send Good Vibes.
Fill in To, Subject, Message and Audience, then send.
The steps are the same as from the top bar. See How do I send a Good Vibe?.
Tip: Switch Direction to Sent and look for reports with nothing in the last 30 days. Managers who recognize regularly tend to get more recognition flowing between their reports too.
Open the full Good Vibes report
For counts and trends across the organization, Executives can open the Good Vibes report in Analytics. See How do I use the Good Vibes report as an Executive?.
Limitations
The feed shows cards, not counts. For who gave how many, use the Analytics report.
You can’t delete a report’s Good Vibe from here unless you sent it or you’re an Executive.
You can’t export the feed.
