Pulse Overview

Officevibe

Updated today

The Pulse Overview in Workleap Officevibe helps you track your team’s well-being and engagement over time. It brings together high-level results from recurring Pulse Surveys, allowing you to compare teams, monitor trends, and take action before issues escalate.

Pulse Overview access

Only Executives and Team Managers can access the Pulse Overview.

  • Executives can view results for all teams.

  • Team Managers can view results only for the teams they manage.

    • You can choose to include indirect reports or not.

To access the Pulse Overview:

  • In Officevibe, select Reports > Pulse Overview from the side menu.

What's included?

The Pulse Overview shows key engagement metrics and participation rates for your organization's Pulse Surveys.

It helps you:

  • Compare teams or segments.

  • Spot strengths and areas for improvement.

  • See how you compare to benchmarks across industries.

Benchmark and metric scores

If some Pulse Survey questions are deactivated, it may impact your metric scores. A banner will appear to notify you when this occurs, as benchmarks may not accurately represent your organization in these instances.

Engagement metrics

Each row represents a team or segment. Each column shows an engagement metric tracked in the Pulse Survey.

The following metrics are shown:

  • Participation (%) – The percentage of Employees who completed the survey.

  • eNPS – The Employee Net Promoter Score, which measures how likely Employees are to recommend your organization. Based on responses to the eNPS question: "On a scale from 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this company as a great place to work?"

  • Overall engagement – A combined view of key engagement drivers.

  • Recognition – How often Employees feel recognized for their work.

  • Feedback – How often Employees receive and give constructive feedback.

  • Relationship with peers – The quality of relationships among team members.

  • Relationship with manager – The quality of the relationship with the Direct Manager.

  • Satisfaction – How satisfied Employees are with their role and responsibilities.

  • Alignment – Whether Employees understand how their work contributes to company objectives.

  • Happiness – How happy Employees feel at work.

  • Wellness – How Employees rate their work-life balance and stress levels.

  • Personal growth – Whether Employees feel they are developing skills and growing in their role.

  • Ambassadorship – Whether Employees would recommend your organization to others.

Note: All scores are shown on a scale from 0 to 10 (except eNPS, which ranges from -100 to +100, and Participation, which is a percentage).
