You can connect Workleap Officevibe to Microsoft Teams to receive survey reminders, Feedback notifications, and weekly engagement prompts—all without leaving your collaboration tool.
What notifications are available?
When the integration is active, Officevibe sends direct messages through Microsoft Teams, including:
Weekly Pulse Survey notifications.
Reminders to complete a survey.
Feedback received from team members.
Confirmation when Feedback is sent.
These notifications help keep Employees engaged and encourage participation.
Who can enable the integration?
Only Administrators can activate the Microsoft Teams integration for the organization.
Each Employee must also connect their Microsoft Teams account to receive messages.
How to enable Microsoft Teams notifications
Go to Admin settings in Workleap Officevibe.
Click Integrations.
Select Connect next to Microsoft Teams.
Authorize the integration when prompted.
Choose the notifications you want to enable.
After setup, employees will receive Officevibe messages directly on Microsoft Teams.
How to manage personal notifications
Each Employee can control their own Microsoft Teams notification preferences:
Go to My settings in Officevibe.
Select or deselect the types of messages you want to receive.
Update your preferences at any time.
