Workleap Officevibe Communications via Microsoft Teams
Updated over a month ago

If desired, you can activate an integration so your organization's users receive Workleap Officevibe communications via Microsoft Teams chatbot.

If activated, users receive the following via Teams chatbot:

  • Pulse Surveys.

  • Daily Digests.

  • Manager Feedback reply notifications (from Pulse Surveys).

  • Manager Feedback reply notifications (from Custom surveys).

Note: If Microsoft Teams communications are activated, any Officevibe notifications that can't be sent through Teams are sent to the user's registered email.

Activate the integration and invite users

  1. Open Settings, then select Officevibe under Product Settings.

  2. Select Integrations under Account.

  3. Select the Communications tab.

  4. Select Configure next to Office365/MS Teams.

  5. Select Log in to Office 365 and sign in to your account.

  6. Back in Officevibe, select Activate.

  7. You receive a confirmation email, and your users will now receive Officevibe communications via the Microsoft Teams bot.

If you have users for whom we can't associate the emails in Officevibe to the emails in your Office 365 network, we will display them, and those users won't be able to receive Microsoft Teams notifications.

Users need to click the link in the notification to confirm the invitation, they are then redirected to the Officevibe platform to begin the onboarding process (optional).

Survey delivery

Access Microsoft Teams via an Officevibe Survey

As mentioned in the beginning, instead of having surveys and communications sent via email to your users, you can opt for them to be sent via Microsoft Teams.

  1. In Microsoft Teams, open the Officevibe App.

  2. Open the Officevibe bot survey notification.

  3. Click any link in the message to respond to the survey question. This will redirect the user to Officevibe to complete the rest of the Survey (optional).

Feedback notification

Access Microsoft Teams via an Officevibe feedback notification

  1. Log into Microsoft Teams.

  2. Login into Officevibe and click Feedback from the left-hand menu.

  3. Add a reply to any feedback. The Officevibe Microsoft Teams bot sends the user a notification alerting them of their feedback reply.
