Only Administrators and Team Managers can access the Feedback report.
To view it:
Go to your Dashboard.
Select the Reports tab.
Click on Feedback.
What's included in the report
The Feedback report shows aggregated, non-anonymous data on feedback activity across the platform. It helps identify areas where teams may need support or encouragement to use feedback features.
The report includes:
A summary of total feedback exchanged across the organization.
Breakdown by feedback type: requested, given, and received.
Trends over time (weekly or monthly).
Participation rates by department or team.
A list of active and inactive users.
A downloadable CSV of all feedback activity.
Understanding the data
The data is always non-anonymous and includes only visible feedback—that is, feedback that is not private or part of an anonymous feedback flow.
Participation metrics and trends are based on:
The number of users who gave, requested, or received feedback.
The timeframe selected in the report view.
This helps leaders understand how often feedback is used and by whom.
Exporting the report
You can export the report as a CSV file to analyze the data in more detail.
To export:
Click the Download CSV button at the top of the report.
Open the file in a spreadsheet application.
