The Goals participation and alignment report helps you understand how employees engage with their goals. It highlights trends in goal setting and alignment across teams and the organization.
This report is updated in real-time and can be accessed from the Reports section of your dashboard.
What the report shows
The report provides a detailed view of:
Participation: The percentage of employees who created at least one goal during the selected period.
Alignment: The percentage of employee goals that are linked to higher-level goals (e.g., team, department, or company-wide goals).
Engagement over time: Trends in goal creation and alignment month over month.
Team insights: A breakdown of participation and alignment by team.
How to use the report
To access and filter the report:
Go to the Reports section in your admin dashboard.
Select Goals participation and alignment from the list.
Choose a time period using the date picker.
Use the filters to narrow results by team, department, or role.
Use this report to:
Track adoption of goal-setting practices.
Identify teams that need support in creating or aligning goals.
Encourage continuous goal engagement across the organization.
Who can view the report
Only the following roles can access the Goals participation and alignment report:
Administrators.
Executives.
Team Managers and Direct Managers do not currently have access to this report.
Data updates
The report updates in real-time as employees create or align goals.
If you notice missing or outdated data:
Confirm the selected date range includes recent activity.
Check that employees have published at least one goal.
Make sure goals are aligned with higher-level goals.
