The DEIB Survey report helps you understand how users experience diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the workplace. It gives you a snapshot of how your organization is doing and where improvements may be needed.
What is the DEIB Survey report?
This report is based on user responses to a specialized survey that focuses on four DEIB pillars:
Diversity: Representation of different identities and backgrounds.
Equity: Fair access to opportunities and resources.
Inclusion: A culture where everyone feels valued and involved.
Belonging: A sense of acceptance and connection within the organization.
Each report section provides a score between 0 and 10, calculated from user feedback.
Who can access the report?
Only Executives can access the DEIB Survey report. To open it, select Surveys > DEIB. Administrators can manage the DEIB Survey settings, but the Administrator role alone does not give access to the report.
Responses are anonymous to protect user privacy. To protect anonymity, results for a question stay hidden until at least 3 people have answered it, and scores appear only once enough questions reach that number.
How to turn on the DEIB Survey
Executives and Administrators can turn on the DEIB Survey in the Workleap Officevibe settings. The Pulse Survey must be active first.
Open Workleap and select Settings.
In the sidebar, under Product Settings, select Officevibe.
Under Features, select Surveys.
Make sure the Pulse Survey is active. While it is not, the DEIB Survey toggle is unavailable.
In the DEIB Survey card, turn on the toggle. Your change is saved right away, and the card shows Active.
If the Pulse Survey is turned off later, the DEIB Survey stops running too.
What’s included in the report?
The report includes:
A summary of the overall DEIB score.
Scores for each DEIB pillar.
Participation rate.
A downloadable CSV file for further analysis.
You can also view how scores change over time by choosing a period.
How to use the report
Use the results to identify gaps and strengths in your organization's DEIB efforts. You can:
Export the results to share them with leadership and employee resource groups.
Align initiatives with areas that need the most support.
Track progress across repeated survey cycles.
The report offers valuable insight to build a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
