You can personalize Pulse Survey questions by replacing the word “organization” with your company’s name. This option helps align survey language with your company’s tone and may improve employee engagement.
Where the company name appears
When enabled, your company name (from the Organization name field in Workleap) replaces “organization” in all three types of Pulse Surveys:
Pulse Survey.
Onboarding Survey.
DEIB Survey.
This update is supported in all 8 survey languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Korean.
Your company name also appears throughout the Workleap Officevibe product experience, including:
Feedback.
Question Results report.
DEIB Survey report.
Onboarding Survey report.
Notifications.
Exports.
Caution: When this setting is enabled, you cannot customize the term “organization” using the micro-customization feature.
Permissions required
Only Executives can enable this setting in survey settings.
Only Administrators (or Admins with Executive access) can update the Organization name field in Workleap.
How to personalize Pulse Survey questions
Go to Officevibe survey settings:
From any page: Click the gear icon → select Officevibe under product settings → click Survey settings.
From the Pulse Survey report: Click the three-dot menu → click Manage survey settings.
Scroll to the Modify Pulse Survey terms section.
Select the checkbox labelled Personalize with your company name.
The company name used in survey questions is pulled from the Organization name field in Workleap.
Click Update to apply the changes.
Note: (Optional) Executives can review the updated wording in the Question Results report.
Important:
The setting is off by default.
Employees will see the personalized language immediately after the setting is applied.
To change the company name used in survey questions, an Administrator must update the Organization name in Workleap.
