Advanced Reporting for Pulse Surveys

Officevibe

Updated yesterday

Advanced Reporting in Workleap Officevibe makes it easier to explore Pulse Survey results using dynamic filters. This allows Administrators, Executives, and Team Managers to view engagement insights without creating manual teams or segments.

What you can do with Advanced Reporting

With Advanced Reporting, you can:

  • Filter Pulse Survey results by reporting lines, including direct and indirect reports.

  • Filter results by user properties, such as:

    • System properties (e.g., tenure, department, location, gender, hiring date).

    • Custom properties set up in Workleap Officevibe.

  • Combine multiple filters using AND logic.

  • View updated results instantly, without affecting permissions or anonymity.

These filters help you answer engagement-related questions without managing static segments.

Who can use Advanced Reporting

Team Managers and Direct Managers:

  • Can filter results for team members within their reporting line.

  • Gain self-serve access to insights without needing HR support.

  • Can filter using system and custom properties, based on their assigned permissions.

Executives and Administrators:

  • Can filter across the entire organization.

  • Have access to all Direct Managers and all user properties.

  • Can manage and configure user properties.

  • Can disable property filtering at the organization level, if needed.

Collaborators:

  • Cannot filter by reporting lines or user properties.

All access respects existing visibility rules in Workleap Officevibe.

How filtering works

Available filters

You can filter Pulse Survey results by:

  • Direct reports.

  • Indirect reports.

  • Any available user property in your Officevibe account.

Filtering by user property is enabled by default. Administrators or Executives can choose to disable it in the settings.

Filter logic

  • Multiple filters use AND logic.

  • Filtered results update in real time.

  • Filtering applies to Pulse Survey data from July 2025 onward, as long as the property was active at the time of the survey.

Anonymity and data protection

Advanced Reporting follows Officevibe’s confidentiality standards:

  • Filtered results require at least 3 responses to display data.

  • If fewer than 3 responses match a filter combination, results are hidden.

  • Visibility rules for user properties apply:

    • Public: Visible to Team Managers, Executives, and Administrators.

    • Limited or Private: Only visible to Executives and Administrators.

Current limitations

The following features are not yet supported when filtering by Direct Manager or user properties:

  • Workleap AI features.

  • Admin settings.

  • Focused metrics.

  • Team highlights.

  • Survey sharing.
