Administrators can change how certain terms appear in Pulse Survey emails and reports. This helps align language with your company’s culture.
What you can customize
The default Workleap Officevibe terms you can update are:
Organization(s)
Direct Manager(s)
Peer(s)
Team Member(s)
Tip: Here are some examples to consider for your term replacements:
Organization(s): Company(ies), business(es), firm(s), institution(s).
Direct Manager(s): Line manager(s), immediate supervisor(s), reporting manager(s).
Peer(s): Coworker(s), teammate(s), colleague(s), fellow employee(s).
Team Member(s): Teammate(s), group member(s), contributor(s).
These custom terms appear:
In survey emails sent to Employees.
In the Feedback inbox.
In reports such as the Pulse Survey report and the DEIB Survey report.
In the 1-on-1 feature, when referring to the Direct Manager.
Limitations
Only English and French are supported.
The changes will not be visible if your platform is in another language.
Changes apply across the entire platform and affect all users.
How to edit Pulse Survey terms
Click on the Settings gear.
Select Officevibe under Product Settings.
Click on the Surveys tile in the Features section.
Make sure that Surveys are enabled (the toggle button is activated)
Choose Modify Pulse Survey terms.
Enter your replacement term to replace the default terms that appear.
Click Save.
You can reset to the default terms anytime by selecting Reset to default.
