When will invitations go out?

Invitations are usually sent automatically when you create a user account. In some cases, you can choose to send them manually.

How do I launch the surveys?

You will be prompted to launch surveys when you invite a third user. The first survey is sent with the invitation email. After that, surveys go out automatically based on your selected frequency.

Can I turn off the Workleap Officevibe surveys?

Yes. You can turn surveys on or off, change their frequency, and customize some messaging under Settings > Surveys.

When will users get their first surveys?

If surveys are active in Settings > Surveys, users will receive their first survey with their invitation email.

How many questions are in the first survey?

  • 10 questions for weekly or bi-weekly frequency.

  • 20 questions for monthly frequency.

How can users edit their settings?

Users can update their communication preferences, profile picture, and other settings by clicking their profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform.

What should I do if a user hasn’t received their invitation?

Check with your IT team to make sure Workleap Officevibe emails are whitelisted. Review the IT requirements to use Workleap Officevibe.

What if the invitation link has expired?

You can send a reminder email from the platform. It will include a new invitation link.

How long are Workleap Officevibe survey links valid?

Survey links expire 14 days after being sent. Users can also log in to Workleap Officevibe and click Take Survey from the homepage.

How long are Workleap Officevibe invitation links valid?

Invitation links expire after 7 days. After that, an Executive or Administrator can resend the invitation to generate a new link.

What if a user forgot their password?

They can reset it by clicking Forgot your password? on the login page or by using the password reset link.

What if an email is already linked to another account?

Can I remove specific questions from the Pulse Survey?

Yes. You can deactivate questions in the survey settings. Keep in mind that doing so may affect your report accuracy and scores.

Can I merge two Workleap Officevibe accounts?

Yes. We can merge accounts without losing any data. To get started, contact our support team at support@workleap.com.
