In Workleap Officevibe, goals help you and your team stay aligned and focused on what matters most. As a Team Member, you can create, update, and track goals that support your team's success and connect to larger objectives.
Set a new goal
Creating a goal gives you clarity on what you're aiming to achieve and helps your manager understand your priorities.
To create a new goal:
Go to the Goals section.
Click Create a goal.
Add a title that clearly describes what you want to accomplish.
Write a brief description to provide more context.
Choose a due date if there's a clear timeline.
Click Save to publish the goal.
Once saved, your goal becomes visible to your Direct Manager and anyone else with access to your team’s goals.
Edit or update a goal
You can update a goal anytime to reflect your progress or changes in direction.
To make updates:
Select the goal you want to edit.
Make your changes to the title, description, or due date.
Click Save to apply the updates.
It’s helpful to keep your goals current—especially during 1-on-1s—so your manager can support you based on real progress.
Keep your goals active
As you work on your goals, remember to:
Check-in regularly to track your progress.
Adjust the status to reflect if a goal is in progress, completed, or paused.
Collaborate with your manager to realign if priorities shift.
Tracking goals keeps everyone informed and helps you stay accountable without added pressure.
