Complete your Workleap profile to help your coworkers get to know you better. You can edit personal details, update your time zone and language settings, and change your password from your profile page. Be sure to check back periodically to keep your Workleap profile up to date.
Profile
Access your profile
To access your profile:
Log in to Workleap.
Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Select Edit Profile under your name.
Personal information
On the profile page, you can:
Update your photo, name, preferred name, time zone, and introduction text.
Edit your contact information and job title, or request a password change.
Click Save to apply changes.
Note: If you specify a preferred name, we'll call you by that name in all Workleap notifications.
Password
To reset your password:
Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
Select Edit Profile under your name.
Select Reset my password.
You receive a password reset email at your email address registered in Workleap.
Open the email and select Reset my password.
Follow the instructions to reset your password.
About me
Fill out the About Me section to personalize your public Workleap Pingboard profile. You can record pronunciation audio of your name, add pronouns, nicknames, languages, and a whole lot more.
Tip: Select View public profile to see what others see when they select your profile in Pingboard.
Preferences
On the preferences page, you can change your app language, communication language, and communication method for Workleap. There are also product-specific preference settings.
App language - Determines the product interface language.
Choose from:
English.
French
Communication language - Determines the language of Workleap notifications.
Choose from:
English (en)
French (fr)
Spanish (es)
Portuguese (pt)
German (de)
Italian (it)
Dutch (nl)
Korean (ko)
*Some products are only available in English.
Note: Preference settings are specific to each user.
